About Me. Victoria Rehkamp

I was born and raised in Argentina, where I completed my studies in Business Administration in Buenos Aires, by a Master's degree in Marketing.

My career trajectory was significantly shaped by an exchange program at the University of Miami, where I became captivated by the city's multicultural landscape and the myriad it offers.

With over 20 years of experience in various sectors, including purchasing, inventory, operations, sales, marketing, I possess a comprehensive understanding of how each decision influences customer experience, team performance, and the overall of the organization.

I focus on re-engineering processes to meet evolving market needs, delivering solutions that balance commercial results with exceptional customer experience.

Once of the quotes that I carry in my thoughts is; "When you put good people in the right roles, they don’t just perform—they flourish.” —  I am a believe that everyone has a place to be great.

Education

2002-2003

MBA, Marketing.
USAL

1997-2001

Pursuing my MBA in Marketing was a formative experience that significantly shaped both my professional perspective and the way I approach business today.

A small company doesn’t need scale to create impact—it needs clarity of message and precision in how it reaches its audience. Marketing isn’t support—it’s leverage. Ultimately, growth is not driven by size, but by how effectively a company communicates its value.

Business Administration, B.A

My Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration was shaped not only by academic learning, but by the dynamic economic environment in which I studied and began my career. Growing up and working in Argentina, a country marked by constant economic change, allowed me to experience business not as a static concept, but as something that evolves in real time. Beginning my professional journey at the age of 19, I developed an early understanding of how organizations adapt, make decisions under uncertainty, and navigate complexity. My academic training provided a strong foundation across key areas such as ethics, accounting, human resources, and business law, while my hands-on experience brought those concepts to life. This combination shaped a practical, grounded perspective on business—one that values adaptability, critical thinking, and the human element behind every organizational decision.
