Career Clarity Intensive
A comprehensive career assessment and counseling experience designed to bring clarity and direction during a critical stage of development.

The process includes the following steps:

• 30' Parent + student INTAKE session
• WOWI strengths-based career ASSESSMENT
• 45' in-depth INTERPRETATION session.
• Personalized written career ROADMAP
• 30' -Parent STRATEGY session to align expectations/plans.
Career Coaching
This 45-minute one-on-one virtual session is designed to give you focused, personalized career guidance based on where you are right now.

During your session, we may:

Clarify your career direction

Review assessment results (if completed)

Work through decisions or challenges

Identify clear, actionable next steps
Whether you’re feeling stuck, exploring options, or ready to move forward, this session provides practical insight and immediate direction.

For the most comprehensive and structured experience, it is recommended to complete the Career Clarity Intensive program first. However, this session can be booked independently at any time.
Mental Health Counseling
Mental Health Counseling is designed to support students who may feel overwhelmed, anxious, or uncertain about their future before beginning the career exploration process. Many students struggle with stress, lack of confidence, or emotional challenges that can make it difficult to make clear decisions about their path. This service provides a safe, supportive space where students can work with a qualified mental health professional to better understand and manage these feelings. By addressing concerns such as anxiety, self-doubt, and motivation first, students are better prepared to engage in the career assessment process with clarity, confidence, and a stronger sense of direction.
